More about me

I’ve always been a creative person - the ‘arty crafty’ type who loves finding ways to bring ideas to life visually and practically.

My career began as a Marketing Executive, a role that gave me exposure to different areas including social media management, project coordination, and graphic design. Working within a Marketing team taught me how to capture attention, tell compelling stories, and keep audiences engaged.

It was graphic design that really sparked my passion. It gave me a solid foundation in visual communication, information hierarchy, and building out design systems. But over time, I realised I wanted more than just creating visuals; I wanted to understand why designs work and how they could solve real problems.

That’s when I discovered UX design. The blend of user psychology, problem-solving, and visual thinking made it a perfect fit. As I dived deeper, I realised I’d already been using key UX methods in my marketing role, from conducting user research and creating personas to running usability tests.

Outside of work, you’ll probably find me reading in the sun, exploring somewhere new or out for a drive in my 1992 VW Golf Cabriolet.
